This was the first office building on the main street of the OakPark community. The building contains 80,000 rentable square feet (7,440 square metres) with 60,000 square feet (5,580 square metres) allocated to office use and the remaining 20,000 square feet (1,860 square metres) on the ground floor being primarily retail. The office space is currently almost fully leased and occupied. Occupants of the retail space include a dental office, a health and rehabilitation clinic, a medical clinic, a pharmacy, a pub and a real estate office.
