CIM Lustigman
Since 1935, CIM Lustigman has been active in the building sector in Israel as a developer and contractor, building thousands of residential units as well as major projects for the public sector. A subsidiary of Metrontario since 1997, the company prides itself on the high standards of its projects.
CIM Lustigman is currently planning the next phase of its Hilltop French Hill Jerusalem (Brosh Hagivah) project as well as marketing houses in the Bayit VeGan neighbourhood in Jerusalem. Further, there are three projects in the Tel Aviv area, one in Ramat Gan and two in Bat Yam. Commencement of construction of one of such projects is anticipated in early 2016 while the other two projects are in the regulatory approval process.
