Bat Yam, Israel

Bat Yam is a city located on Israel’s Mediterranean Sea coast, on the central coastal strip just south of the city of Tel Aviv, and is home to some 130,000 residents.

On Mezada Street, in Bat Yam, CIM Lustigman will be constructing 2 towers of 36 storeys each containing a total of approximately 300 units with 5 units to each floor. The ground floors of each tower have been designated for retail use.

This project is in the approval process with the requisite municipal authorities.
