Bat Yam is a city located on Israel’s Mediterranean Sea coast, on the central coastal strip just south of the city of Tel Aviv, and is home to some 130,000 residents.

On Yoseftal, the main street in Bat Yam, CIM Lustigman intends to build a project consisting of 2 apartment buildings of 36 storeys each, and one office building of 30 storeys. The two apartment buildings will contain a total of approximately 300 units. The ground floors of all 3 buildings will be designated for retail use.

This project is in the approval process with the municipal authorities.
